How it works

From builder to ADU operator in 90 days.

Build•Print is not a course or a box of templates. It's a structured installation of a working ADU business inside the construction company you already run.

A finished ADU with plans and an estimate on the table in front of it
The short answer

How does Build•Print work?

Over about 90 days, your company installs Build•Print's marketing, sales, estimating, delivery and operating systems one week at a time. Each week you learn one piece, put it in place, submit proof that it works, and our team verifies it. When every piece is verified, your company earns Build•Print Certified.

  1. Step 1

    Learn

Short, practical lessons built from what worked at Tiny Homes of Tucson.

  2. Step 2

    Implement

Put one piece of the business in place inside your company that week.

  3. Step 3

    Submit

Show proof that it works: the script, the estimate, the live system.

  4. Step 4

    Verify

Our team checks it. If it is not right yet, you get specific fixes.

  5. Step 5

    Certify

Earn Build•Print Certified when your business does what a certified operator does.

The 90 days

Three stretches. One running division.

You can move faster than the plan. You can't skip a checkpoint: each one passes only when the work behind it is verified.

Days 1–30

Set the foundation

Define your ADU offer and your market, map the rules where you build, choose the products you will sell and set pricing you can defend.

  • Your ADU offer and positioning
  • Jurisdiction rules for your market
  • Product line and floor plans
  • Local cost conversion and pricing
Checkpoint 1
Days 31–60

Start selling

Turn on the lead system, train and certify your salesperson, and run the property-specific first response on real homeowners.

  • Lead system and fast response
  • Sales Academy and call certification
  • Feasibility and preliminary estimates
  • Proposals that close
Checkpoint 2
Days 61–90

Deliver and run it

Lock in the path from signed contract to closeout, run the company from the Command Center and complete your certification review.

  • Design, permitting and preconstruction flow
  • Construction handoff and closeout
  • Operator Command Center
  • Certification review
Checkpoint 3
The Build•Print difference

You already know how to build. We install the business around the build.

Attract

The right homeowners in your pipeline.

A lead system that brings in homeowners who can actually build, and answers them fast.

  • Marketing
  • Lead response
  • Qualification

Convert

Opportunities into signed projects.

A trained salesperson, real numbers in about 15 minutes and fixed prices with your margin built in.

  • Property feasibility
  • Floor plan selection
  • Estimating
  • Proposal

Deliver

Design to closeout, the same way every time.

Feasibility, design, permits and construction in a set order, so jobs stop stalling between steps.

  • Design
  • Permitting
  • Preconstruction
  • Construction
  • Closeout

Instead of disconnected tools and tribal knowledge, your company runs on a defined system.

Who does what

You run your company. We run the installation with you.

Your implementation leader

One person inside your company who owns the weekly work. Often the owner or a general manager.

Your Build•Print implementation lead

Our person on your account. Plans each week with you, reviews what you submit and unblocks you.

Independent verification

Key items are checked by someone other than the person who helped build them, so certification means something.

After day 90

The implementation ends. The operating system stays.

Certified operators keep the platform, ongoing support and the operator network. Day 90 isn't graduation. It's the first day your ADU division runs on its own.

Common questions

How long does implementation take?

About 90 days. Each week you put one piece of the business in place, submit proof that it works, and our team verifies it before you move on.

How much of my time does it take?

You name one implementation leader inside your company, and Build•Print assigns an implementation lead on our side. Work is planned week by week so it fits around active jobs.

What does Build•Print Certified mean?

It means your company has shown, and our team has verified, that it runs the Build•Print system: marketing, sales, estimating, delivery and operations. It is a business certification from Build•Print, not a government license. It is earned, not given for finishing videos.

What happens after the 90 days?

The implementation ends and the operating system stays. Operators keep the platform, support and the operator network on a monthly basis.
